The Photo Planet Award Program will disqualify the sites that will present one or more of the following ítens:

1. That present pornographic, illegal or immoral content, or links that drive to sites with this kind of content.

2. That divulge the racism, the violence, the addiction, the crime or the violence against infants or animals and the disrespect to his elementary rights.

3. That disregard the copyright, that do not present a page of credits or of rights, where are related the authors of the displayed works.

4. That present pictures of naked persons, even though these pictures can be considered artistic or that be part of a campaign or protest.

5. That have lucrative purposes, that promote sales or that present banners and links of publicity with financial return.

6. That present not loaded images, not operational internal links, or more of five not operational external links.
