The purpose of this award program is to reward the persons that created respectful of the copyright, ethical, informative, and interesting places in the internet, sites that are pleasant of be seen, that are approved for persons of all the ages and that meet the criteria of this program.

          We do not require that the sites be technically perfect, neither that present special graphic effects, barely we expect that its design be pleasant and of good taste, that its content be interesting and of own authorship and that its navigation be logic and easy, with menu in all pages.

          If your site presents these characteristics, even though in its more elementary level, and receive one of our awards, then our purpose have been reached again. We desire to all of the applicants the better of the lucks and we expect that they understand and accept our judgment.
